Türkiyənin İstanbul, Antalya, Edirnə və Artvin şəhərləri “Euromonitor International” beynəlxalq tədqiqat şirkəti tərəfindən tərtib olunan dünyanın ən çox ziyarət edilən 100 şəhəri siyahısında yer alıb.

“Anadolu” xəbər verir ki, Londonda təşkil edilən Dünya Turizm Sərgisi çərçivəsində açıqlanan siyahıda Çinin Honkonq şəhəri 26,6 milyon ziyarətçi ilə ilk sıradadır. Tailandın paytaxtı Banqkok 21,2 milyon turistlə ikinci, İngiltərənin paytaxtı London isə 19,2 milyon qonaqla üçüncü yeri tutur.

2016-cı ilin nəticələri üzrə tərtib edilən və azı 24 saatlıq yaşayış yerlərini əhatə edən səfərlərə əsasən hazırlanan siyahıda İstanbul 9 milyon 174 turistlə 15-ci sıradadır. Antalya 29-cu (6,1 milyon turist), Edirnə 68-ci (2,8 milyon), Artvin isə 85-ci (2,4 milyon) sırada qərarlaşıb.

Proqnozlara görə, 2020-ci ildə İstanbulu 9,5 milyon, Antalyanı 7 milyon, Edirnəni 3 milyon, Artvini 2,8 milyon turistin ziyarət edəcəyi gözlənilir.
