Tanışını bıçaqlamaqda təqsirləndirilən cinsi azlıq nümayəndəsi 1996-cı il təvəllüdlü Kamran İslamovun cinayət işi üzrə məhkəmə prosesi davam edib.

AzNews.info lent.az-a istinadən xəbər verir ki, Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsində hakim Rasim Sadıqovun sədrliyi ilə keçirilən prosesdə məhkəmə istintaqının başlandığı elan edilib.

Dövlət ittihamçısı ittiham aktını elan edib.

İttihama görə, K.İslamov eyni qəsəbədə yaşadığı Murad Həsənovla görüşərək mübahisə edib. Buna səbəb isə Murad Həsənovun Kamran İslamovun atasına 50 manat borclu olması olub. Kamran usta işləyən atasının 50 manatını Muraddan tələb edib. Amma Murad pulu verməkdən imtina edib və aralarında mübahisə yaranıb. Kamran cibində olan bıçaqla Murada zərbə endirərək oradan qaçıb.

Elan olunan ittihamla Kamran İslamov özünü qismən təqsirli bilib. O bildirib ki, Muradı bıçaqlamasına səbəb 50 manat olmayıb.

K.İslamov məhkəmədə istintaqa verdiyi ifadəsindən imtina edib. O bildirib ki, Murad ona zəng edərək görüşmək istəyib: "Murad Həsənov özü zəng edib məni görüşə çağırıb. Məqsədi isə mənimlə cinsi əlaqədə olmaq idi. Mən etiraz elədim. Dedi ki, "əgər özün istəmirsənsə, get ananı, bacını gətir". Cibimdə olan bıçağı çıxarıb onu vurdum".

Kamran İslamov yaşadıqları qəsəbədə bir neçə nəfərlə cinsi əlaqədə olduğunu da etiraf edib.

Cinsi azlıq nümayəndəsi olduğunu deyən K.İslamov M.Həsənovla cinsi münasibətdə olmağa əvvəlcə razıymış: "Sonra fikrimi dəyişdim. Təkid elədi ki, onunla cinsi əlaqədə olum. Amma sonra istəmədim. Etiraz edəndə məni hədələdi və təhqir elədi".

O da məlum olub ki, K.İslamova qarşı bir neçə il əvvəl, azyaşlı olarkən seksual hərəkətlər edilib. Bununla bağlı cinayət işi açılıb. K.İslamov deyib ki, sonra həmin cinayət işi bağlanıb.

Qeyd edək ki, zərərçəkmiş kimi tanınan M.Həsənov məhkəmə iclasında iştirak etməyib. Təqsirləndirilən Kamran İslamov deyib ki, Muradın özü cinayət məsuliyyətinə cəlb edilməlidir.

Məhkəmə prosesi noyabrın 7-də keçiriləcək.

Qeyd edək ki, K.İslamov Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 126.1-ci (qəsdən sağıamlığa ağır zərər vurma) maddəsi ilə ittiham edilir.
