Sonuncu belə bir olay "Nurgun Motors” şirkətinin rəhbəri Nuru Əliyevin oğlu Nurxan Əliyevlə bağlıdır. O, içkili halda avtomobil idarəetdiyi zaman polis əməkdaşını söyüb və polisin saxla əmrinə tabe olmayıb.

Bir qədər irəlilədikdən sonra avtomobildən düşən iş adamının oğlu polis əməkdaşını yumruqlayıb. N.Əliyev 15 gün müddətinə inzibati qaydada azadlıqdan məhrum edilib. O, İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinin 535.1-ci (polisin əmrinə tabe olmama) maddəsinə əsasən ittiham edilib.

İş adamı Füzuli Fərəcovun azyaşlı oğlu da həbs həyatı yaşayanlardandır. İş adamının 16 yaşlı oğlu Ağəli Fərəcov bu il mayın 3-də qanunsuz olaraq idarə etdiyi "Porşe” markalı avtomobillə 24 yaşlı qadını vurub öldürmüşdü. İki uşaq anasını avtoqəzada öldürən A.Fərəcov məntəqə tipli cəzaçəkmə müəssisəsindədir.

Səfərbərlik və Hərbi Xidmətə Çağırış üzrə Dövlət Xidməti rəisinin keçmiş müavini Novruzəli Orucovun oğlu da bu il həbs edilib. Generalın oğlu Rüstəm Orucov avtobus sürücüsünü döydüyü üçün Binəqədi Rayon Polis İdarəsi onun barəsində Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 221.2.1 maddəsi üzrə cinayət işi açıb. Məhkəmənin qərarı ilə avtoxuliqan həbs olunub.

Həmçinin, Nəsimi rayon icra hakimi Asif Əsgərovun oğlu İlham Əsgərli avtoqəzada "Makdonalds” şirkətinin rəhbəri Maqsud Mirzəyevin oğlu Sənan Mirzəyevin həyatına son qoyduğu üçün həbs həyatı yaşayıb. Lakin o, bir müddət həbsdə qaldıqdan sonra səhhəti ilə əlaqədar şərti azadlığa buraxılıb.

"Xəzər Dəniz Gəmiçilik” QSC-nin keçmiş rəis müavini Mübariz Mədətovun oğlu da həbs olunanlardandır. Tarzən Ağasəlim Abdullayevin ailə faciəsinə səbəb olmuş Xalid Mübariz oğlu Mədətov həbsdən yenicə azad olunub.

Bakı Şəhər Baş Polis İdarəsinin (BŞPİ) rəis müavini, general-mayor Həsən Şirinovun bacısı oğlu Cahangir Əliyev də yaxınlarda məhkəmə qərarını icra etmədiyinə görə barəsində 20 günlük həbs qərarı verilib.

Hazırda Baş nazirin müavini, Qaçqın və Məcburi Köçkünlərin işi üzrə Dövlət Komitəsinin sədri Əli Həsənovun nəvəsi Nail Allahverdiyev də həbsdədir. O, avtoqəzada iki nəfəri öldürdüyü üçün məhkumluq həyatı yaşayır.
