Oxu.Az-ın BBC-yə istinadən məlumatına görə, N.Stercen deyib ki, əgər Böyük Britaniya Şotlandiya hökuməti qarşısında Avropa İttifaqından çıxmaq barədə şərt qoyarsa, məsələni Şotlandiya parlamentində müzakirəyə çıxaracaq və deputatlardan bu məsələnin əleyhinə səs verməyi xahiş edəcək.

Qeyd edək ki, N.Stercenin rəhbərlik etdiyi partiya Şotlandiya parlamentində 129 yerdən 63-nün sahibidir.

Bununla belə, N.Stercen hələ Şotlandiya və Böyük Britaniya, Böyük Britaniya və Avropa İttifaqı, Şotlandiya və Avropa ittifaqı arasındakı münasibətlərin inkişafını izləməyi zəruri sayıb.
