Dağıstanda sənaye təyinatlı partlayıcı maddənin Rusiyadan Azərbaycana keçirilməsi zamanı qanun pozuntusu aşkarlanıb.

Bildirilir ki, Dərbənd Dəmir yolu stansiyasında gömrükçülər partlayıcı maddə olan ammonit tozunun vaqonla daşınmasına cəhd edilərkən qanun pozuntusu aşkarlayıblar.

Belə ki, daşıyıcı bəyannamədə malın çəkisinin 8 ton olduğunu göstərib. Amma yoxlama vaxtı aydın olub ki, yükün faktiki çəkisi 8 ton 167,2 kiloqramdır. Yəni partlayıcı maddənin bir hissəsini gömrük rəsmiləşdirməsi olmadan keçirməyə cəhd ediblər.

"Qanunsuz yolla keçirilməsinə cəhd olunan yük müsadirə edilib və ekspertizaya göndərilib. Faktla bağlı inzibzti qanun pozuntusu üzrə iş qaldırılıb", - deyə Dağıstan gömrüyündən bildiriblər.
