Məcəlləyə ediləcək digər dəyişikliyə əsasən banı zədələnmiş nəqliyyat vasitələrinin müvafiq icazə olmadan təmirinə görə nəzərdə tutulan cərimə də ləğv edilir. Ekspertlər isə banı zədələnmiş nəqliyyat vasitəsini təmir edənlərə diqqətli olmağı tövsiyyə edirlər.
Diqqəti yayındıra biləcək söhbətdə iştiraka görə nəzərdə tutulan cəza ləğv edilir.
İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinə təklif edilən təklifə əsasən qanunun 342.1.2 maddəsi çıxarılır. Bu maddəyə görə nəqliyyat vasitəsini idarə etməkdən diqqəti yayındıra biləcək söhbətdə iştirak etməyə 40 manat məbləğində cərimə tətbiq edilir.

İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinə ediləcək digər dəyişiklik isə banı zədələnmiş nəqliyyat vasitələrinin müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının icazəsi olmadan təmirinə görə 250 manat cərimə cəzasının ləğv edilməsidir. Ekspert deyir ki, bu cəza da əksər hallarda tətbiq edilmirdi. bununla belə ekspert Ərşad Hüseynov bu məsələdə sürücülərə, xüsusilə də nəqliyyat vasitəsini təmir edənlərə diqqətli olmağı tövsiyyə edir.
Ərşad Hüseynov deyir ki, cinayət xarakteri daşımayan qəzalar zamanı təmir üçün tələb edilən arayışın verilmə proseduru sadələşdirilsə daha yaxşı olar. yəni əgər söhbət yüngül qəzdan gedirsə elə yerindəcə arayışın verilməsi proseduru tətbiq edilərsə bu sürücülərin işini yüngülləşdirərə və əlavə vaxt itkisinə səbəb olmaz.
