Rəşid Behbudov küçəsində “90-AN-949” dövlət qeydiyyat nişanlı "İnfiniti" markalı avtomobilin sərnişini Əliyev Nurxan Nuru oğlu yol ilə paralel hərəkət edən YPX avtomobilinin əməkdaşlarını söyərək təhqir edib. YPX əməkdaşları sürücünün sərxoş olması ehtimalı ilə avtomobilə “saxla!” əmri verib. Əmrə tabe olmayan sürücü ikinci “saxla!” əmrindən sonra avtomobili dayandırıb. Bu zaman avtomobildə olan N.Əliyev avtomobildən enərək kiçik çavuş Sənan Ədilzadənin üz nahiyəsinə yumruq zərbəsi endirib. Ardınca sürücü və sərnişin xidməti avtomobili idarə edən digər polisi təhqir etməyə başlayıb. Əraziyə Polis Post Patrul Xidmətinin əməkdaşları cəlb edilib.

Araşdırma zamanı məlum olub ki, avtomobil “Nurgün Motors” şirkətlər qrupuna məxsusdur. Sürücü və sərnişinin isə qanunvericilikdə nəzərdə tutulan qaydada avtomobili idarə etmək hüququ yoxdur. Onlar asayiş keşikçilərinə göstərdikləri müqavimətə görə Nəsimi Rayon Polis İdarəsinin 22-ci Polis bölməsinə aparılıb.
